About Our Founder
Dr. Nakisha Williams, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, is the heart and visionary behind The Royal J Palace Home Care. A dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Williams brings over 20 years of experience in the medical field to this sacred work. Throughout her career, she has served in diverse and demanding roles including ICU and trauma nursing, dialysis, pediatric and adult mental health, hospice, and healthcare leadership. Each chapter of her journey has been guided by a deep calling to serve others with excellence, compassion, and faith.
What began as a small seed of service, planted in love and nurtured by unwavering faith, has grown into The Royal J Palace Home Care, a kingdom-centered mission dedicated to serving God’s children with dignity, respect, and exceptional care. Dr. Williams firmly believes that her work is more than a profession; it is a divine assignment. She has allowed God to exalt this mission beyond her imagination, transforming it into a place where clients are cared for not just physically, but holistically in mind, body, and spirit.
A devoted mother of five, Dr. Williams is proud that each of her children shares in this calling to serve. Together, they embody the heart of the organization, extending kindness and support to the community as a family united by purpose. Their collective mission is to be a light to those in need and to make a meaningful impact in the lives of every individual and family entrusted to their care.
